A friend visited the Haven of Memories and in our discussion she said she missed her fur baby. I immediately thought it would be a good thing to offer a place for folks to remember their fur babies that have crossed the rainbow bridge. So Haven of Memories now has a "Pet Memorial Section" to pay tribute to our beloved furry, feathered and even scaled babies. Well things are pretty much back to normal at the Haven and it's open to anybody who would like to visit there. The new Peace Enclave Museum located at my Safari Wildlife Reserve. This museum is dedicated to continuing awareness of our responsibilities to our animal friends that we share this planet with. While there must be a balance for healthy wildlife, to quote Mr. Spock "To hunt a creature to extinction is illogical", we must not allow continued poaching of these beautiful animals. It is my hope you will visit the museum and I will be adding to it and to the reserve as time goes on. This has become a very interesting project for me to dive into. Be Blessed, ~~Lavia~~

My latest build is based on a picture of a building I saw, it was a very rustic forest home that had been abandoned. I instantly fell in love with the architecture which is very simplistic but beautifully put together, hence I decided to build it in world. This build is partial mesh which is very detailed especially the terracotta tile roof. This build is entirely mine from the very first prim to the last and I very much hope you will like it and use it to enhance your region or build. Blessings and much love, Lavia.

It's finally completed, the Lavine Mansion!! Inspired by a wonderful friend and amazing builder/creator/designer Koshari Mahana, I decided to create my own mansion borrowing a few ideas from one of her builds. This mansion has all the charm of the Victorian Era, with downright "royal" beauty. It has a huge kitchen area, dining area, study or Livingroom and a sunroom or garden room washroom/bathroom on the first floor, the 2nd floor boasts 5 bedrooms and a large bathroom, the 3rd floor has 4 guest rooms or dorms for visitors and the 4th floor is all attic space. You really have to see this beauty to appreciate the time, effort and detail put into it. It's only drawback is it has a land impact of 812, but it's worth every bit of it. There is one small porch on the front for the 2nd floor and two much larger porches on the back of the house for the 1st floor and 2nd floor. Stop by and check it out, it is on the 1st level of the mall grounds just below the fantasy floating homes. It's full perm and free for any who would like it. Blessings and much love, Lavia.

I had this townhouse out at the mall and did not realize I had forgotten to put a sales box with it. Today I made that discovery and well, color me embarrassed. If anybody tried to get this beautiful townhouse and could not, you will now be able to get it free and full perm and I hope you will enjoy it and that it will enhance your region with another original build by me. This beautiful Pillar House was specially built for a dear friend's region to accommodate a people in her RP story. I am also making it available to others in Open Sim who would like it for their own regions. It features 3 levels, the first level being open for comfy outdoor activities like picnic or just lounging, the 2nd level is nice for living and cooking space and the top floor is for sleeping and bathing. It has a wrap around porch and is constructed of granite in various colors, polished brass and beautiful dark wengwood. Constructed to last many years, theoretically, of course. It can be found in the "Ancient Builds" department at the mall. It is full perm and free and waiting just for you! Blessings and much love, Lavia.

The most recent addition to Stag Hollow, the Saw Mill. This is the interior of a mid 19th century water powered saw mill with a large circular blade. We are trying to keep things in this region as close to the era and history as possible to give it a more authentic feeling.

We have 1st and 2nd floor shared shop spaces available in our mall region that are rent free, we also have private shop space rentals with room to expand. All Shops include a touch TP back to the owner's grid and region to their main shop.
We also have regions available, just ask.

Not quite ready for our grand opening yet as we are still collecting art from folks who would like to get their art "out there" for others to enjoy and maybe even buy! Well they did it again, the left me unattended with building tools in my reach and so this is what happened, my 2nd attempt at a tree, this one is a lemon tree. It's cute, it's full perm, free and waiting for you in Lavia's Little Corner of the Star Jinn Palisade Mall in the Masala Al Kohav region of my grid. We had an awesome visit from the HG Safari group on Wednesday, September 20th and it went beautifully. Though we didn't get to share everything in the region, that leaves room to return and see the rest of this beautiful and amazing region. The animals had a blast, or so they said, seeing all of those humans in their natural surroundings and a few even looked pretty tasty to them. We all hope to see you again in return visits to see and learn more about conserving and preserving our beautiful world full of incredibly amazing wildlife. Our beautiful Star Jinn Palisade Mall! It's not got as much as we'd like, but very nearly all of what you see on display are our original builds created with the open sim community in mind. Our featured shops are GramZ's Country Creations, Star Ravenhurst Designs (She has a specialty shop and large section of buildings that are a must see), Fall's For You specialty shop of unique avatars, youth avatars and clothing, cleaned up and presented by our own Dusty Falls. Buildings that are "Thor" built and much more. It's best to explore the entire mall (region) rather than just stand at the welcome point and cam. A friend asked me if I had a tree bench, you know the kind that circles a tree so you can relax in the shade? Well no I didn't have one so I built one, complete with sits enough for 8 people. We are back up and open for visitors, though there is still a LOT of work to do, for now the museum is completed and even has a short video you can watch about the endangered Forest Elephant of Africa. There are some animals, not as many as before but they will be restored over the next few days. There is a lot of landscaping done but much more to do to make it a beautiful trip for visitors. Today the King's Royal Court chamber was completed and the more I do with this region the more drawn I am to King David as to me, he was the most awesome earthly King that ever lived. I'm working on a Japanese region and needed some fences, walls and gates so I created them. They turned out very nice especially the stone wall with the terra cotta roof tiles which are 3D and both sets are mesh with linked doors for easy set up. The stone wall has a corner piece to fill in corner gaps and they have a nice realistic look. So if you're planning anything that looks Asian, these may come in quite handy. Just in time for the Holiday Season, my new Rose Dining Set with a beautifully detailed table and chairs which include sits. I've been working on this turn of the century "Store House" which is a Store and a House. Back in the 19th century and early 20th century, and in fact some places still today, are designed so that folks can run their business from the first floor of their home which was generally kept separate from the living quarters of the house. This house is designed with walnut floors, sponge plaster ceilings, acacia wood trim and lattice (semi Tudor) windows. It has three chimneys which service all three floors. There was little to no indoor plumbing back then and the type of heat we have today did not exist so they had either a fireplace or coal or wood stove on each floor to provide adequate heat. Some homes did have hand pumps for water in them but most water was carried in buckets from a well nearby and heated on the coal or wood stoves to use for cooking, cleaning, laundry and bathing. If you happen to be working on a western or midwestern town setting, this build would be perfect for you. A little piece of history always adds a authentic touch to any region. It is full perm, however, it is total mesh so removing parts is not advisable, however you may re texture it, just understand that even back then, when they found wallpaper (most folks only had wood or plaster) they used the same wallpaper in every room, so if you re texture the entire inside of the build will be that texture. The walls are two faced in that you can put one texture on the outside of the building and a different one on the inside and all of the baseboards are a different texture. You may copy it and or transfer it or share it to others. Just have fun with it...Blessings and much love, Lavia

Something I've been working with for a while now was how to make a decent tree trunk and branches and finally, at last, I got one that doesn't look too bad. It's a North American Pignut Hickory, or what we always called a Hognut tree. They're beautiful and provide lots of shade especially when you're on a walk through the woods in the summer and they smell so good in the fall, and the hickory wood burning on a campfire or in a fireplace smells so good! Anyway, it's at the mall in the garden center waiting just for you to beautify your region. Pop in and take a look around and go a little "nuts"...pun intended. The tree is fully mesh and just 1 prim and it's full perm and free. Blessings and much love, Lavia

Aretuza on the planet Amasango is designed to be fandom RP for fans of "The Witcher" and beyond. Set in an alternate dimension or universe it follows the adventures of Garalt, Yennifer, Tissaia and others as they adjust to their new surroundings after they "die" in their original universe. This has the potential to be some really great and fun RP for serious role players who don't need a lot of "props" and are good at descriptions and textual RP as well as visual RP. I build this for a friend, a tree hut with a deck and a log bridge in between. It is not yet available at the mall but will be soon enough. It is small though the tree is big and the deck is a good size for dances and such. Access from the ground is via a teleporter. Okay I think things are finally, at last, for the time being, hopefully rearranged to be more easily accessible for everyone at the Create A Scene Garden Center and in fact the entirety of the Masala Al Kohav Mall. There is so much going on here that at times it's a little hard to keep up with, but it's all good goings on!! Stop in and shop all day if you like. Visit all of our in house creator's shops like Ezra's Antiques and Collectables, Thor's Forge, Fall's For You (Animesh People) and my own "Lavia's Little Corner". We have a very wide assortment of items ranging from houses to plants and everything in between. We're working on building new stuff as well so that you have original content as well as items from around Open Sim. And don't forget to ask about our "Showcase Plateau" which allows folks to advertise their grid, region, or shop not just for a week or a month, but year round for free with an allowance of 1500 prims. If anybody got this from our mall, please know that I did find an error in the build in that I'd missed removing some prim parts either because I didn't see them or they managed to "ghost" their way back in as sometimes happens, and were accidentally linked to the build. Either way, I removed the invading prims so that the mesh part is what remains reducing the land impact by almost 200.
