Via the Region/Estate tools, I set the Terrain Lower Limit to a minus value, but the land only lowers to +1. Help!

i do have a lower level in a region near mine, but this has made my grid owner (since I wouldn‘t even know how to do it). and it‘s a bit dangerous: you can‘t rez there (things fly to 0,0,0) and tp is… difficult ;-)

I don't have a solution but offering moral support. One time I messed with water levels and it was very very bad....

Thx. I never change my water level from the default 20m. I also disabled the tide. But I'd like to lower the land to have enough room to build an underwater space base. Goofy, huh?

As far as I'm aware you can't lower the land below 0 meters. So your only other option would be to raise the water level up to make it deeper. This will only work if you have no neighboring regions and haven't already built stuff on the terrain. If you are starting with an empty sim not connected to any others then it should be quite easy.
