I feel the same way, Ellen. Perfectly capable of blocking people whose verbal diarrhea I do not wish to read. On the other hand, devil's advocate here ;) One could argue that what the various box cleaner types do is not censorship. They merely flood the box with dots and dashes until the offensive posts are no longer within range to read. Technically, nothing is removed, it is merely a flooding of the box with posts that aren't offensive. The same thing would happen if someone posted a series of really positive, fun, or nice things there. Which I would personally prefer.

Abuse of public forums has existed for as long as the forums themselves, the excesses we see here are the result of the ability to hide or delete and of course the lack of consequences for the worst abuses and personal threats.
