I also wanted to explain what happened with my Discord accounts.

I had my first Discord account for around 10 years. That one was hacked, and it looked like the hacker was inside my computer.

I had an older second account, so I switched to that one. But the hacker kept messaging me on my old account saying he “felt sorry for me” and asking if I wanted my account back.

Well… fool me once! 😅

I thought I was being smart by friending him just so I could block him — and I did block him. But the next day, my second account was banned because the hacker falsely reported me.

There is a new scam going around with hackers. Please read below:

I want to explain something to people.

What happened to me wasn’t that “accidentally reported you” scam.

A friend invited me to watch a movie and sent me an app link. When I clicked it, it installed a remote‑access program on my computer. That’s why it looked like someone was literally inside my system — it let them see my screen, move my mouse, open pages, and take my Discord account. I didn’t talk to anyone or give out my password.
Everything is secured now and all my passwords have been changed.

Obviously, my friends account was hacked too! :/

Just wanted to explain what actually happened so everyone has the right info.

This man wearing a woman's avatar is the epitome of a poor excuse of a human being if there ever was one. He is jobless in RL, gets on the microphone and has open arguments with his RL wife then comes in LBSA and states in local chat that he will be divorcing his RL wife. Yet, he is prejudice and openly expresses his anger on OSGRID users and residence all because his RL home life is all jacked up. He bans users who will not have sex with him and or partner with him. AND if you disagree with him on any of his views he bans you......
I highly suggests anyone reading this horrible threatening conversation he starts with a user just because he feels he is entitled to narcissistically play bully and is an admin just because he can also because Dan is a wimp against this guy because he has no-one else he can trust to stand by his side and successfully run OSGRID. It's a disgrace to be in close proximity with a low life prejudice, jealous "fiend" such as this person Paela, as we only come in world to have fun. But you can't because he's always in the way starting fights and threatening with banning folks. He shouldn't have to ban, most people should stop being around them entirely. Head the warning and the childish behavior. His flying monkeys who he relies on to snuff the crowd out and report back to him are to be a crew set apart also. Paela is a cancer to OpenSimWorld.

Not good news... Yesterday's CT scan revealed a large number of new tumors in Anachron's stomach. The chemotherapy has been stopped, and the doctors are considering their next steps. They're quite surprised by the findings that he can still eat at all...

Was ich hier nicht gut finde von dir Dorena, dass du hier öffentlich eine sehr persönliche Sache, die schwere Krankheit von Anachron hier öffentlich und detailliert breittretend veröffentlichst, weil dies ist etwas sehr persönliches was nur den Partner und die Familie betrifft. Was du Dorena hier tust ist würdelos gegenüber Anachron, was dir bewusst sein sollte. Nicht einmal im real verbreitet jemand die Krankheit eines Familienmitgliedes an Freunde oder weite Verwandte. Die macht nur jemand wenn er nicht damit klar kommt mit der Krankheit eines Familienmitglieds, dann sagt man es an enge enge Verwandte um Kraft tanken zu können.
Wenn oder sollte Anachron dies zugelassen haben, dann kennt er dich das du immer im Vordergrund stehen willst und du machst nicht einmal vor Krankheiten halt, dies ist widerwärtig.
Anstatt es dem Anachron hier virtuell schön zu machen das er von seiner Krankheit abgelenkt wird, das es ihm in diesen Momenten etwas glücklich geht und Mut tanken kann machst du so etwas widerwärtiges und präsentierst es in der Öffentlichkeit. Damit stellst du Anachron in den Fokus das er immer wieder auf seine Krankheit angesprochen wird und permanent konfrontiert ist, das ist wirklich keine Hilfe für ihn. So kann kein Mensch der krank ist Energie tanken oder sich ablenkend entspannen, sei es auch nur für gewisse Phasen.

I feel sorry for Anachron. I hope for him he has the strength to pull through. What I find objectionable, Dorena, is that you are publicly airing a very personal matter Anachron’s serious illness in such detail; this is something deeply private that concerns only his partner and family. What you are doing here is undignified toward Anachron, and you really ought to realize that. Even in real life, people don't go around broadcasting a family member's illness to friends or distant relatives. That is something one does only when struggling to cope with the situation—sharing the news with very close family to find the strength to carry on.
If Anachron actually consented to this, then he must know that you always want to be the center of attention to the point where you won't even draw the line at illness; that is truly repulsive.
Instead of making things pleasant for Anachron here in the virtual world distracting him from his illness, bringing him moments of happiness, and helping him gather courage you do something so revolting and put it all on public display. You are making him the focus of attention in a way that ensures he is constantly asked about his illness and forced to confront it; that is certainly not helping him. No sick person can recharge their energy or find relaxing distraction even if only for brief periods under those circumstances.

After taking some time away, we have been giving a lot of thought to the future. Due to the many requests, messages, and words of encouragement from so many people, we are seriously considering making a return—with a fresh outlook and a stronger vision.

To be clear, this is not a reboot, nor is it anything like what one negative individual suggested in a previous comment.

What happened did hurt us, but it did not break us. If anything, it made us stronger, wiser, and more determined than ever.

This may be the beginning of an exciting new chapter, and we look forward to sharing more when the time is right.
