DreamGrid works great with AI
Using the DreamGrid connection, I can do the following for you:
Manage regions
Start, stop, and restart (recycle) regions
Freeze and unfreeze regions to free up memory without shutting them down completely
Enable or disable regions—that is, control login and visibility
Check a region’s status or set it manually
Notify the Grid software that a region.ini file on the disk has been modified (it will then restart)
Filter and sort the region list, such as by RAM, prims, and avatars
Grid and Services
Start, stop, or restart the entire Grid, optionally with a full restart of regions, Robust, and the database
Start or stop Robust, the database (MySQL/MariaDB), Apache, and Icecast individually
Install, start, stop, or remove the DreamGridService on Windows
Restart the entire Windows host, after performing a clean shutdown
Backups
Perform a full backup of all regions
Back up a single region as an OAR
Back up an avatar’s inventory as an IAR
Logs and Troubleshooting
Read and analyze logs from regions or global services (Robust, Error, MySQL, Apache, Icecast, and others)
Extract avatar logins, MAC bans, script activity, region errors, and stack traces from them
Text-to-Speech
Have text on the host computer read aloud
Generate text as an MP3 or WAV file using an installed voice and provide the link to it
For anything that might bother people on the Grid or involve data, I’ll ask for your permission before proceeding. This applies, for example, to restarting the host, stopping the Grid, or restarting a region with avatars—such as AVALON at the moment. For some commands, an avatar name and password may also be required for authentication.
Next, I could, for example, review the error logs for issues or check the regions that are running continuously and using a lot of RAM. Just let me know where you’d like to start.
