Food for thought: Permanently nude avatar

Here's a kind of challenge for the mind: How could an avatar that's always nude be done?

First limitation: The avatar must be a resident of a public grid, one that isn't made for this avatar specifically. Of course, that'd require a grid with at least one sim which allows public nudity, and on which the avatar can set home. Ideally, the main landing sim of the grid should allow nudity, too. Otherwise, extra care has to be taken; checking whether the home sim is online must be mandatory before logging in.

As far as the home goes, there are three variants. One, public home. Ideally not too public, of course. Two, paid-for or self-hosted sim as home. The easiest way. Three, free parcel on a sim on which nudity is allowed. Not possible in so many grids.

Next limitation: Provided the avatar is someone's alt, sending content to the avatar is to be avoided. The avatar must pick everything up from stores. Butt-naked, of course. So we need places that provide stuff for the avatar's home that either allow nudity or at least give the avatar a chance to not be caught.

That is, the initial shopping tour to get the ingredients for the avatar will be fairly easy, but on that shopping tour, only these avatar ingredients are allowed to be picked up. The next destination must be someplace where the final avatar can be put together. From then on, the avatar must no longer wear any clothes.

Events could be an extra challenge, depending on in which timezone the avatar will be handled and whether only evening events shall be attended.
