What do you mean, you've never heard of Krampus?
Krampus, in central European popular legend, a half-goat, half-demon monster that punishes misbehaving children at Christmastime. He is the devilish companion of St. Nicholas. Krampus is believed to have originated in Germany, and his name derives from the German word Krampen, which means “claw.”
Better watch out, you better not pout, Krampus is coming to town!!!

sound like a Chupacabra having that special time of the month. chupacabras are native to mexico, but may have migrated to germany during the 1724 on captain josiah alvarez montiago's boat the "black whisper". When the boat reached germany the entire crew was found dead, but steveadores at the docks claim they saw strange creatures running off the boat that resembled goat men. It's easy to see how these creatures could have procreated, and donned christmas attire as a disguise to lure small children into dark streets for dinner.
