I recently did a deep dive into what one might find in an Irish Petrol station. Because even though I lived in Ireland for the better part of a year in my 20s, I didn't drive there at all so I kind of assumed their gas stations were similar to ours. In Canada (and I will extend this to say probably in the USA too because we are quite similar in many ways) it's considered high risk behaviour to eat food you buy from a gas station. But when I looked up food at a petrol station in Ireland, they're rather high end with lovely hot food counters that won't give you intenstinal distress. People go there instead of fast food places for the quality. Remarkable. One of the things that kept coming up as a delicacy really is the Chicken Fillet Roll so I had to make that. And EV Recharge stations are becoming more and more prevalent in Northern Ireland especially so I took a crack at making one of those across from the regular Maxol Petrol station. I'm not quite ready to make the regular station free to copy yet as it still needs some tweaks but you can get the framework for the EV station which can then be easily unbranded. The EV chargers, fences and solar panels are separate peices to the framework build so be mindful of that.
