I'm a strong independent woman. Some would say I'm a bitch but I really don't give a crap what they think they are irrelevant in my life. I have no time for BS so save it, I don't need your platitudes, don't want your flattery, and for God's sake don't try to save me from my low self esteem because it just doesn't exist. Oh, and one more thing, don't mistake my benevolence for weakness or stupidity - I can pick a "player" out in less than 5 seconds of conversation.

If anybody got this from our mall, please know that I did find an error in the build in that I'd missed removing some prim parts either because I didn't see them or they managed to "ghost" their way back in as sometimes happens, and were accidentally linked to the build. Either way, I removed the invading prims so that the mesh part is what remains reducing the land impact by almost 200. So if you got this house, I have the revised, corrected version available at the mall or just contact me and I'll send it to you. Blessings and much love, Lavia
Well with the way Open Sim has been acting the last few days I kind of felt like going on the war path, so to reduce my stress I built these working Native Drums. You can add a pose ball and have your avatar play the drum or you can just touch and listen to an authentic Shaman chant with drum and flute in one drum and just drum in the other. They are touch activated and touch deactivated and they are depicted as made of Walnut or maple wood, buck skin, buffalo horns and feathers. These will make a great decoration or a great addition to any "wild west" setting. They are full perm and free and you can find them at the mall in "Lavia's Little Corner". This build is not originally my own, I've taken something that someone else built and made many changes such as added actual windows and working doors and a TP to the "attic" or "secret room" none of which worked before. By adding actual windows you can now put the curtains of your choice in as well as furniture.
I have more, or less, modernized a beautiful old building to restore it's original glory so to speak, but with my own twist as the windows and the walls they are in are my mesh build, the stairwell has been improved and made of mesh instead of a spiral, skewed, tube prim. I have added 3 way touch lights in different areas and repaired the doors so they all work and I have totally retextured the build with a richer more affluent looking texture.
I think you will find this build to be elegant and functional at the same time.

For this build I started with a wall I had made for a House I was working on, then I wondered how it would look as an outdoor thing and viola! The Wistful Shelter came to life. Decorated with wisteria and a few other plants, it is polished brass with a beautiful mosaic floor sure to please anybody. It's free, it's full perm, and it's waiting to beautify your region in a garden, on a beach, or just as a yard decoration. I have my greedy game inside it. Our newest addition to the Star Jinn Palisade is my mixed prim and mesh Victorian Home. It features a wrap around porch, full basement, beautiful kitchen space with spindle shelves and a small breakfast counter and an arched doorway that leads to the dining space as well as a very open living room. Spiral stairs accent the small towered portion that is adorned with stained glass windows. Upstairs there is a Master bedroom with doors to a 2nd floor balcony, and there is a 2nd bedroom and bathroom. Walnut flooring and Victorian era wallpaper. And the Lattice work is 3D mesh; It's a little prim heavy but for the detail and beauty it can give to your sim, it's worth it. Blessings and much love, Lavia

Okay finally we're back up and working for however long it lasts LOL. The lay out is different but I honestly think it is aesthetically comforting. I haven't restored the media yet, but that's coming soon and I want to add a few more things yet but overall it's ready for those who would like to visit, relax, reflect and remember the love shared with our loved ones. My own little shop in the Star Jinn Palisade Mall features a full kitchen set with working dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, sink with water off and on. The fridge gives glasses of cold water though I may need to upgrade the script so it animates the avatar to drink the water.... :D. You'll find complete living room suits, lamps and even a complete set of dishes for on the dinner table. The Dinette set chairs have sits though no animation to eat, I'm sure eventually I'll get around to that. On the brighter side!! Wicker Globe Ceiling Lights for anywhere in your house. They are totally copiable, modifiable and transferable for the next owner. Just touch the attached light switch and you have high, medium and low light settings, the 4th touch turns them off. The light switch can be manipulated in "edit select" to be on any wall you like it. Once you have it the way you want it simply touch and enjoy the warmth of the light. Blessings and much love, Lavia

This wall is dedicated to those who we loved but do not have pictures or a lot of information about, like date of birth or passing, perhaps all you had was a username or role playing name and what year they passed, just send me a message and I will add their information to the wall. Some New items at the Star Jinn Palisade Mall, our shopping region. A full Kitchen and Dining set complete with a working oven that has a light, exhaust fan and working broiler drawer and oven rack. The sink has a functioning dishwasher and the washer and dryer can be turned on and off with a simple "fade" command. There are cupboards in different sizes and arrangements and a full set with "glass" doors. These items are boxed and ready to go with rez instructions included. The entire region of Masala Al Kohav (which means wish upon a star) is, in fact, Star Jinn Palisade Mall. As we grow and add you will find everything from homes to furniture to clothing and avatars as well as gardening items. The Lioness Den is a Savanna Safari that I originally created about a year and a half ago on another grid, and because that grid went private, I moved it to another then was invited to genesis roleplay grid. Here you will find that the Savanna has grown and gotten more beautiful and interesting with lots of animals to enjoy and some you can even pet. The settings are nice "watering holes" in the Savanna with beautiful animals and plants, waterfall and mystery places with tiny creatures, one just has to find them. Also be careful walking through the tall grass one never knows what lurks in there. :D

My most recent build for our Japanese themed region. The Watatsumi Pagoda Temple. It isn't completely finished as I need to add doors and furnishings but otherwise it is complete. If you love Japanese culture and history you may well enjoy this region and the things we've built like the emperor's palace and courtyard garden, the samurai house and some Japanese houses that are beautiful and simplistic in harmony with the land. My apologies to all, but this coming Saturday's dance on the 12th is canceled as I will be attending an even IRL at my son's house and spending time with my grand babies! This fun train was something I had created on the old grid under that avatar name, but I still have it and decided to put it out for folks to enjoy. It's a cute little train that would be adorable in any "park" or "playground" setting and it fits adults and kids a like. When I got on line this evening and was working at the mall I noticed some of the drawers missing from the dresser, the nightstand and the vanity and I thought WOAH! Did I forget to add them to the set in the box?? but then I realized I had made a boo boo and forgot to reset the scripts after setting the display out not even thinking, of course people are going to test these things to see if they work right! So, my apologies to whomever tried them and experienced the disappearing act that moving objects can do if their scripts are not reset!! I have reset and adjusted them since so they will work correctly. Sooooo, shame faced me, my bad...it's fixed now. Blessings and much love, Lavia.
OOoops I did it again, but this time it's a really good thing!! A complete Bedroom suite "The Rose Queen Bedroom Suite" is textured with fine cherry wood and rose carved draw fronts, door fronts and trim. You will find that all of the drawers and doors work but you'll have to add your own bed animations. There is a 6 drawer dresser with a mirror a full wardrobe, Bed with under bed storage drawers, a night stand and a vanity with mirror and vanity chair. It is full perm so you can retexture the sheet, blankets, pillows or any part that you want to change and modify. You can find it in our Livingroom and Bedroom department at the mall. Just use the Mall Shops Teleport System to get there. And while you're there check out our many vendors like Ares Gizmos, Creations by Tainted Angel, Fall's For You Animesh people, Stuff n Things and Ezra's Antiques and Collectables. Stop by the Ancient builds and check things out and don't miss Thor's Forge for the finest medieval builds you'll find anywhere. After much consideration, Ezra decided to change the name of the shop from Odds & Ends to Antiques & Collectables. Set up like a neatly organized antique store this shop boasts a lot of really cute items for you to use in the construction and design of your region.
