The static sign on top of the roof is fiberglass and contributed by what is rumored to be, a team of art students from a class near the turn of the century! I believe, for insurance reasons, it must remain static, being so high above everyone's heads!! There are, however other exhibits to satisfy the imagination, sculptures at ground level of jumping frogs in motion..... and be on the look-out.... one might catch a glimpse of one or two Jumping Frogs as they are quite elusive jumping from pond to pong around the grounds!
