A majority of "Identity" failures when trying to visit other regions
can be caused by a Google domain,
this can be annoying and frustrating but it is easily fixed
Open Notepad as an administrator
Use the "File" button and then Open
Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
Change from "Text Documents (*.txt)" to "All Files (".")"
Open the Hosts File
Add these lines to the Hosts file
127.0.0.1 fetch.tunnel.googlezip.net
127.0.0.1 tunnel.googlezip.net
127.0.0.1 googlezip.net
Save the File and close it

To clear your DNS
use these commands in an Administrator CMD Prompt
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
