New home for OpenSim Genome Island and Nova Archaeology
Virtual Islands for Better Education is pleased to announce some of our grids have a new home.
Genome Island by Max Chatnoir (Mary Anne Clark in RL) is a collection of genetics and cell biology activities. It recreates many of the activities of her Second Life Genome Island (and some not there) which has been a Featured Destination and used by many biology teachers for over a decade. http://grid.sciencecircle.org:8002/Mendel
Nova Archaeology by Nova Saunders (Marion Smeltzer in RL) is a recreation of several archaeology sites from the midwest including interactive displays. http://grid.sciencecircle.org:8002/Nova
They are both hosted on the Science Circle OpenSim Project and are publically available and hypergrid accessible.
