Hello Masala, and good morning from Germany.
I hope this is the last time I have to write to you. Why are your colleagues at OSGrid offering to create an IAR (archive) of everyone’s inventory, while you are not? Honestly, my disappointment—that I ever chose to work with you in the first place—just keeps growing.
It’s not that I lack understanding, but that understanding is increasingly being replaced by disappointment.
I have tried to find a way to create a backup of my own, but I haven’t succeeded. I can’t get the OpenSim software to run, and now I’m at a complete loss.
I hope that, at the very least, you manage to successfully transfer my land over to Neverworld. The way you treat us as users is simply not okay. And when I read that OSGrid intends to return next year—well, you wouldn’t want to hear my opinion on that. Isn’t it time to stop putting users through the same thing over and over again—losing their entire inventories? You really ought to reflect on what you’re doing wrong, rather than just starting the whole cycle all over again.
I am going to make this message to you public; perhaps that will encourage you to finally do the right thing.
