Rescripted RMT Marine Engine Core....better sim crossings, physics response and sounds. Scripted a RMT marine navigation light pack, port/starboard. anchor lights and working lights separate from Marine Core. Looks wicked at night!

Also added the RMT environmental sound system....ocean waves, gulls travel with you now :p
