This is not Reiki, it is a quiet, intuitive form of energetic support, always grounded in consent and respect.
You are welcome to simply sit within the circle without sharing your story.
The energy will meet you where you are.

During this gathering, we will hold in our hearts the 19 monks walking the Peace Walk from Fort Worth, Texas to Washington, D.C., accompanied by their loyal dog Aloka.
As they walk, we will sit for them, offering calm, strength, and safe passage through our collective meditation.
May their journey be protected.
May their steps be light.
May peace ripple outward from every mile they cross.
