Nightlife in the heart of the city. But also research center of AI technology and much more. City Life with about 400 animesh people and 20 of them speak to you. Lot of traffic with cars. So be careful when you cross the streets.

Region Comments
Visited the region finally, it had my curiosity since I seen it (I love to see how others build and design a city, is not easy to continue with it and always there is the error of repeat the same design everywhere), a lot of buildings with interior and others without it.
The placement is very good for everything, and really a nice city for the enormus region, visited it with a osgrid avatar but does not have items on the inventory (clear inventory), it takes a while to load some meshes, npc's but no graphic lag, really a nice region, keep up the good work!

Now, after all those discussions, I was curious about the lag, and visited. Results: Reasonable lag with my osgrid avatar, some stuttering while walking, with full viewrange 1024. Then changed to my main avatar, and visited again... Results, an occasional stutter, which is not unnormal at full view range, but no lag and full fps (my fps is limited to 30 by default).
The region itself is a very complex and vivid build, with lots of possibilities to interact. For sure worth a longer visit...
