OK This has always confused me when scrolling through regions on OSW ... why 'openly known' ? Do you mean 'formerly known' or 'previously known' ? Or was the place a secret in the past, and now is open to all? The name The Pier, with or without the word Club, seems pretty innocuous for it to have been a big secret... just curious...
