You make a great point. OS is totally the Earth and Pagne has assumed the role of ruler. Damn, Trump and/or Putin is going to be pissed. In support of one or both of them, we need to declare war against Pagane and the Nazi regime of OSW and their rules against inflating traffic. (Maybe I go to far, but seriously). <s>
Late edit. Added the sarcasm thingy for those who couldn't tell. The only rulers on OSW are the owners of it. They encourage people to report places that inflate their traffic. If you have a problem with that, talk to them.
