One of my older builds from the former grid though I've made some adjustments and added a couple things and now it's ready for you to give it a home in your beautiful region. This fine church comes with a few decorations, working doors and pews with sits. It is C/M/T though some of the mesh parts may not be agreeable to retexture. I hope you will enjoy it as it would be a gorgeous place for a wedding, baptism, Sunday service, or even a comforting place to hold a memorial service. I showcased these a while back, but I figured I'd put them up again in case anybody is looking for original build Asian Garden walls and gates, made with corners to the walls to give a nicer aesthetic finish. You can find them in the Garden Center here at the mall, and they are free and full perm - so enjoy!!

One of my mother's favorite flowering bushes was the Forsythia with it's bright gold flowers and lime green leaves she often cut a few branches and put them in a vase of water on the dining room table, it was simple but very pretty. So I decided to make a Forsythia bush and make it available to all who would like one, it could make great hedges or privacy walls, it's mesh and resizable and only one prim. PS I upgraded the bush to be totally 3D which is more prims but well worth it for how pretty it looks, it's now 10 prims instead of 1 but the first one looked cheep this one actually looks real.

Howdy folks!!! One of our new grid members wanted a house that was very open, so with that thought in mind I created this house for her, however I'm making it available to anyone who would like it. This house features a built in fireplace, split levels, spiral stairs, decks, recessed ceiling lights (touch light), sliding doors and a carport. The build is pretty much all prim so it will be easy to modify and the mesh parts can be resized and re textured to your liking. It is full perm and free here at our mall, stop by and check it out. ANNOUNCING our newest department at the mall - "Heating & Cooling" and we'll have some cool stuff and hot deals for you!!! These two fireplaces are two of my original builds, but only two. There will be others and yes we'll have a few "imported" fireplaces and other items, but I will do my best to build many more items than are imported. What I have been doing is taking the houses I've built that have "heating" units and unlinking the units from the homes then placing them independently in the Heating & Cooling department. Something New in our Livingroom & Bedroom department at the mall. The Rose Nightstand is a beautiful little Nightstand or End Table of Oak wood and it has beautifully carved drawer fronts for that added panache to your décor. The drawers are scripted so they can be opened and have auto close. Toss a giver script in the drawers and store some of your favorite things in them. Blessings and much love, Lavia

At Masala Al Kohav Mall something small but very useful, a wall and window set. One wall has the window already installed and is mesh, the single window is Mesh but the wall is simple prim The texture is rustic and can be modified to whatever texture you like and so can the window. Sometimes I just can't help myself and I go a little crazier than I normally am, and I do another build. This one is a modern office setting with two large offices, waiting area, reception area, small bathroom and elevator on the first level and a beautiful conference area complete with a warm fireplace and a wall waterfall and both levels are wall to wall carpeting. It is a modern stone, steel, brass and glass build with burgundy and gold marble walls on the interior and maple paneling. This build will look great on your grid and add a bit of elegance to it and it's free, full perm and waiting just for you here at the Star Jinn Palisade Mall! Blessings and much love, Lavia

My build from the weekend, it's called Kippah Romantica which translated means, Dome of Romance. The first level has a swimming pool with plenty of room for poolside tables and chairs and maybe a bar. Second floor has plenty of room for a dance area. Some folks wonder why I don't decorate the builds more, well....I think people like to decorate their own to their own tastes and they can take great personal pride in that. My latest build is based on a picture of a building I saw, it was a very rustic forest home that had been abandoned. I instantly fell in love with the architecture which is very simplistic but beautifully put together, hence I decided to build it in world. This build is partial mesh which is very detailed especially the terracotta tile roof. It's finally completed, the Lavine Mansion!! Inspired by a wonderful friend and amazing builder/creator/designer Koshari Mahana, I decided to create my own mansion borrowing a few ideas from one of her builds. This mansion has all the charm of the Victorian Era, with downright "royal" beauty. It has a huge kitchen area, dining area, study or Livingroom and a sunroom or garden room washroom/bathroom on the first floor, the 2nd floor boasts 5 bedrooms and a large bathroom, the 3rd floor has 4 guest rooms or dorms for visitors and the 4th floor is all attic space. You really have to see this beauty to appreciate the time, effort and detail put into it. It's only drawback is it has a land impact of 812, but it's worth every bit of it. There is one small porch on the front for the 2nd floor and two much larger porches on the back of the house for the 1st floor and 2nd floor. Stop by and check it out, it is on the 1st level of the mall grounds just below the fantasy floating homes. It's full perm and free for any who would like it. Blessings and much love, Lavia.

I had this townhouse out at the mall and did not realize I had forgotten to put a sales box with it. Today I made that discovery and well, color me embarrassed. This beautiful Pillar House was specially built for a dear friend's region to accommodate a people in her RP story. I am also making it available to others in Open Sim who would like it for their own regions. It features 3 levels, the first level being open for comfy outdoor activities like picnic or just lounging, the 2nd level is nice for living and cooking space and the top floor is for sleeping and bathing. It has a wrap around porch and is constructed of granite in various colors, polished brass and beautiful dark wengwood. Constructed to last many years, theoretically, of course. That's right, your shop and prims at no charge up to 1500 prims. You can display your work here and include a land mark back to your region/grid's shop or mall. Does it have to be a shop to give stuff away? No, it can be a shop simply to display what you have built and it can be in the form of slide shows, pictures, sculptures, or items unique to your creation. We want to let you showcase what you love so others can enjoy it as well. This is another way we can network and get to see the work of the many incredible creators here in Open Sim. Well they did it again, the left me unattended with building tools in my reach and so this is what happened, my 2nd attempt at a tree, this one is a lemon tree.
