If you're running on an older OpenSim than 0.9.3.0 , you might want try 1.14 that solve those issue.

If some of you are using the XEngine, go get the new 3.8.

When you get no response when clicking on it, it mean the script cannot be compiled on your region,
make sure you have the latest OpenSim 0.9.3.0. and you also need these rights :

Yes, lots of choice :) If you ever get confused in the choice of colors / materials, you can always "Reset colors" from the settings Menu. This will bring them back to their original colors and material.
