Hello everyone!
I have a couple of announcements:

1. TP boards _ I put at some houses and I put at a marina or mall on Pin and sora property. As you have land you want to show to others....send me the tp.....and we will update boards every couple weeks. If you cannot find your board...come take a copy of board from my marina. I would love it if we needed two boards because of all the locations you all give me.

2. We currently have two race tracks up and running. These tracks are above friends V.....and there there is a tp on your board. You have a road course and off road course available.

3. I moved the surf beach and expanded it. It is now on the north edge of friends II. There are 3 waves available and plenty of boards and kayaks to choose from.

4. for those that are farming, if you need specific products and we do not have it, just send a message here to osw......we will get you taken care of! As most of you all know, I greatly enjoy my farming, and the addition of Serina, Lily and Pin farming has made it so much more fun!

I am putting the final details into the dance site and wanted to pass along something that each of you can do to help.

Please reach out to the people on your friends list…. Tell them we are going to have an awesome party! Let’s show others that we may not be the biggest grid…… but we def throw the best party!

If every person on your friends list is from friends-grid…. Please see if they are coming and help with costumes if needed.

Today or tonight, I will be doing some stress tests on the Halloween region. In case anyone is around at that time, you may see an insane number of npc’s.

Good morning everyone, I wanted to let you know of some expanded duties here. Zuzu has been wanting to be more involved and help more at friends grid. With the help of Serina, we have devised a position that basically Zuzu is going to be the "Hostess" or "Ambassador" for the area. Of course we are all Ambassadors...but Zuzu is going to do a little bit more. In addition, Zuzu is making some "trial homes" for people to use if considering moving here. This is a huge help to me and the grid! Please help me congratulate Zuzu when you see her....and send her any and all names of people who may be interested. Also, if you are online and notice a guest....of course, welcome them as always, but also please let Zuzu know if she is online.

Sailing and flying Tips and border crossings

* most of our residents understand these things, but this is a reminder for others.

* when crossing a border , your best bet is to approach it head on

* avoid places where 3-4 regions come together. Is it possible to cross? Yes, but you will have a much higher rate of crashing. This is not just at friends grid….. it is anywhere. The intersection of 4 regions is asking for trouble . A good example of this is the intersection of Holo Ana, Saba, Clearwater and Friends regions. Is this the “Bermuda triangle “ on a faulty grid? No….. it is simple physics with your viewer being overloaded with 3-4 regions at once.

* clear all 3 cache weekly. If extreme issues….do a clean Firestorm install and delete all previous hidden Firestorm files.

* if you have repeated crash, relog to where you were last (should be crash site) and make me a lm there. Label your lm something like “Lily crash7-17”. With the lm please send me a note telling me what you were doing or driving. Let me know how many crashes…. If you were tp, what scripts wearing. Also, let me know graphics settings. You see, I want to help, but I need detailed information to research. Is it possible we have a lost boat that is sending script errors……hell yes…..it can happen…..and it is ugly! We could have a region that has become corrupt. Or we could simply have firestorm viewer issues. It is my job (and my team) to determine what kind of issue we have, based on the information you provide me.

* I work day and night to keep things running smoothly. My pet peeve is people who complain without providing me with documentation. One step worse is complaining in group chat instead of giving me the info I need. A negative attitude spreads quickly. Let’s keep things positive!

* realize that most, if not all, bug splats are Firestorm viewer issue. It is a well none glitch, but not an easy one to fix. We hope the next version of firestorm will have this glitch worked out…..but realize we are talking about a totally free product.

* if you still have issues…. Try a different viewer such as Singularity. For me, I hate Singularity worse than I hate occasional crash….so I use firestorm.

* I can restart and refresh a región when asked, but I want to ask all to do me a favor. Please try the steps I have shown. This is teamwork.

* can you fly or sail anywhere you want? Yes, but realize looking at a map and avoiding some situations will greatly reduce bug splats. If you insist on sailing near the intersections of 3-4 regions, don’t complain when you crash.

I Think the timing system on the racetracks is fixed with some help from the builder of it, kayaker magic.

If you get time, Please use the tp board I sent out and go to racetracks. See if it lists your name after race. Thank you
