Happy New Year Wyldwood Bayou Grid and all of open sim! Can you believe a whole year has gone by? We have seen a lot over the past year in all worlds, both good and not so great, and tonite is our chance to usher out the old and welcome a brand new year, 2022!!! Wyldwood Bayou Grid and Rockin' the Blues present our long awaited New Year's Eve Bash! On December 31st from 6:00PM to midnight, ring in the New Year with the Blues Tribe! You will be entertained by DJ Rosie, DJ Riker, DJ Ray and DJ Kith! Champagne will be served and is the custom of Rockin’ the Blues, laughter and friendship will be shared and fabulous music will abound! Dress is comfy casual to glittering formal. Rockin’ the Blues is the place to be on New Year’s Eve to usher out 2021, witness our very own, very exciting and very fabulous ball drops (courtesy of Blues Tribe member Xaria Aubrey), and welcome the brand new year, 2022!

'Twas a night (or 2!) after Christmas and all through the grid.....was a bunch of crazy people wanting to get as much holiday into one week as possible!! Tonite, DJ Ray takes us on a road trip to The Golden Ballroom on Isla Pacifica in Wyldwood Bayou Grid for our not so mid-winter formal! Ray is a long time Ballroom DJ (and a ton of other genres!) and will have a wonderful multi-genre set of tunes for us tonite, including some exciting swing, sexy latin and that ohh so romantic waltz! Don't have a date? NO PROBLEM! Ballroom is not only for couples! It's for everyone just wanting to meet up with friends, meet new friends and just have fun with some amazing music! We call it formal and it's in a ballroom, and if you want to wear all your glittering gowns and tuxes, do it! If not, come in whatever you are comfy in! This is going to be the biggest and best party between Christmas and New Year's Eve that anyone has ever seen! Friends, fun and music! We've got it all tonite! See you there!!
