Usually at 100% you touch it and click harvest otherwise it dies until you click to clean up. Unless someone is harvesting it. Is your farm group so others can use it? If so thats why, others are harvesting. If not try reset script and see if that helps.

Nothing seems legal in opensim to be honest. Its hard to make things legal for opensim and in hopes that everyone complies and we know that is rare too!
If you want just legal content then just accept and use/give legal content, leave out all the rest that we know is copybotted. So sad that many SL creations are for sale and ending up in opensim for free sadly. Its very hard and expensive to file DMCA, of course you can file a DMCA with a grid then in hopes the grid owner(s) comply. Many creations out there that come with a legal notecard gets removed, cause many don't want it and wont comply with it. Sadly unless you have the $$ to file a claim good luck and with solid proof which is rare, unless the actual creator goes after you but rarley have I seen that in all of my 13 years in opensim. This is one reason I like a closed grid, this way you can wean out the copybots and original. I wouldnt be surprised if a few grids did only legal content, but its a crazy opensim, I guess just play be happy and share. I know in my grid If you the (original) creator find something on my grid, with proof that its yours, Id be happy to remove it. Or give me a copy of your license and I'll gladly place it in the object(s) My grid isnt open yet as Im still debating on a closed grid or just let it HG... Wish everyone good luck in opensim.
