Getting to the Seattle
There are several ways to get to the Seattle Market and Skating Rink:
If you are inworld in DiscoveryGrid, go to the world map, find Seattle, teleport there.
If you are inworld in another grid, go to the world map and enter discoverygrid.net:8002/Seattle in the find field, then teleport there..
From a WEB browser, enter hop://discoverygrid.net:8002/Seattle. That will launch your viewer, and then set it up to take you there when you login

The Seattle Winter Market is OPEN on the Discovery Grid. This is the perfect place to enjoy shopping in tents full of Christmas/Winter items created by the “fabulous” Discovery Grid merchants. There is also a huge ice skating rink, which will be open for the duration of the market from Dec 12 – Jan 2. This event, located at the base of the Seattle Space Needle in virtual Seattle, is set to Gloebit currency and is open to everyone in Open Sim. Come for the market, stay for the ice skating and snow ball fights... and ENJOY!

The concert is a recreation of performances by the Eagles at the peak of their popularity. You'll enjoy selections from Glen Frey, Don Henley, Joe Walsh, Don Felder and Randy Meisner.

The concert will also feature a performance by Arathorn and his Angels, doing a tribute to some of the 70's and 80's best pop performances.  Arathorn and the Angels will start the concert at 6:00pm and the Eagles will take the stage at 7:00pm.
