Maybe grid owner disabled HG access? Or set it to only grid members in an ini file? If so, then inworld settings are overwritten. It can also be that region settings are set to "non access", but in landinfo its access to all?
I checked with grid owner... all should be ok. (fingers crossed)... I do have the sim set to anyone can visit. We shall see :) I hope you try to visit again.
