I found this beautiful maypole while out shopping one day and brought it home but it didn't work other than the rotation, so, I went to work and added pose ball scripts and some dances and now it works. I love spring time, even though we're heading into the end of summer because spring has such a promise of new life and fresh beginnings. This adorable little café named for a very dear friend is the perfect fit for just about any region that has a small town setting or an urban or suburban setting. It does not come furnished but can be if you want it to be buy just asking, though I find the decorating and setting it up to be the most fun. Effie's Kitchen Café is cute and quaint and delightful. To see it fully decked out and in use you can find it at my region called Lioness Den, but if you would like to pick one up for yourself, it's here at the Masala Al Kohav mall right behind our "Everything Music" department. I had forgotten I still had this beautiful huge Southern Victorian mansion. So I took it out of the mothballs and dusted it down and put it out. There is lots of space on the top floor to add rooms and there is a ladder that goes to the top of the roof; a full wrap around porch and a full basement, a huge kitchen and living room with a giant study and spiral stairs. These beautiful horses were sent to me to upgrade what we have by Roland Francis for the Stuff N Things shop in the Masala Al Kohav Mall. Stop by and visit the shop and while you're there check out our many other shops and vendors with a couple of new Vendors who are still building their shops up. And the entire mall is finally rearranged and the TP boards upgraded as we moved our Welcome Center from to the mall to its own region. Our good friend Thorvaldr Ragnarsson has joined our grid and plans to open a specialty shop called THORVALDR'S FORGE, where he will make his own builds available to all who would like them. His theme is primarily Norse in nature and he, like all of our builders here on the grid, wish to make our original builds free to all at our mall. Our Patio & Deck Furniture n Décor section features our original builds including patio/beach/deck tables with umbrellas and chairs, fountains and the tree bench. We will be adding much more as time goes by and there are plenty of shops in our mall to explore. Our Building Supplies department at the Star Jinn Palisade Mall! We have regular doors, sliding doors, interior and exterior doors, screen doors and doors with windows. We have stone wall sections both straight and curved and windows of various kinds, regular, fancy and bay windows. There are various door frames, fancy, modern, fantasy and arched and we even have a fancy mesh elven arch. We also have various pillar styles that you might like. New adventure for me making dishes and cutlery. Here we have my spring violet table set and everything is modifiable, copyable, transferrable. This is a pretty complete set but you have to see it to appreciate it. You can find it in my little shop at the Mall. My latest build - Lavine Manor House - it has areas for a Kitchen, a Diningroom, a Livingroom and Entry room on the 1st floor, the 2nd floor is one large room which can be used for a large family room, game room or whatever your pleasure is and the 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 private bathrooms. It does not come furnished so you can have fun shopping to furnish it to your own tastes. This home has specially designed windows that really do not need curtains or drapes, sliding front and back doors and cedar paneling. The stairwell is large, open and allows one to enjoy their surrounding scenery. I very much enjoyed building it and I hope you will enjoy living in it! We are constantly adding new stuff to our Mall region and today we are adding sculpted steps, roofs, pillars and columns. You will also find scripted doors, various windows regular and arched, prefab walls with the windows already installed, arched and regular door frames, fences, walls and gates. We will also be adding to our other departments things like picnic tables, covered decks (sculpted), and plenty of new items in our Holidays & Seasons department. This Fantasy Manor is beautifully done and very detailed. It's based on the four seasons and includes a large courtyard ripe for decorating to your likes. The inside has a beautifully designed and detailed fireplace and large kitchen area and plenty of room on the next 3 floors up for whatever your heart desires including a room already textured for a bathroom. This Fantasy Castle Manor would be a great addition to any medieval or fantasy sim. An Open Sim original build by one of many talented builders on the genesis roleplay grid. Expanding the collection of Livingroom Suites this one is done in leopard print, faux of course, with polished black wood and touch lamps and an oval area rug. I'll be working on fireplaces and hopefully, eventually, flower arrangements and candles for the coffee and end tables, for now it's just the furniture. Stop in and see, as I have several that I will be putting out over the next few days.

Nothing beats a warm cozy fire on a cold winter's day, or even just to relax by or for some to get all romantic with. Whatever your desire, this fireplace is the ticket. It is designed to service 2 rooms at once with openings on both sides and it comes complete all you need to do is set it out and you've got your fireplace, logs, and even fire and sound (Thanks to Light and Sound Museum). We are not closing down while we make changes which are being done in an effort to make your shopping experience more enjoyable and less laggy. The kids are back to school, Labor Day is upon us, soon it will be Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas and New Years....so once again thoughts of our favorite holidays are upon us, of wonderful family celebrations and sharing time, laughs and love.
