It's here, LESHMOR HOUSE!!! One of the structures to be used in the "Deceptions" role play which is a fan fiction spin off from the Witcher after Season 3 on streaming. With the shake up in actors and their stray from the novels, watching season 4 is not in the books for me, but I wanted the story to continue, so I threw in my own changes and twists and plan to have a great RP for those interested in being involved in this fan fiction future for our canon characters and for new characters that the players come up with (within reason). If you just like and want the house, come and get it, it's there for the taking and will make a great western or medieval building. It is copy, modify, transfer but keep in mind it is partial mesh so modifying will not be easy, but it can be done. If you just want to re texture it, it's easy, peasy lemon squeezy. I had this ad up sometime back, and I thought I'd run it again. This is Lavine Mansion which I was encouraged to make after I accidentally got a copybotted version of a friends creation. I wanted a mansion very much and one that was beautiful and had a Victorian flare to it, so I built one and there is nothing more gratifying that building your own. This mansion has a huge living room, dining room, kitchen, great hall, sun porch and patio as well as a total of 10 rooms and a full attic which could be modified to add more rooms. It also has a cute little balcony on the front and is encased in red brick with concrete fancy molding and a cinder block foundation as well as black cast railing and large concrete pillars. You truly have to see it and tour it to appreciate it. Stop by and select the Lavine Mansion on the Teleporter. It is free, fully linked, copyable, modifiable and transferrable. This fun train was something I had created on the old grid under that avatar name, but I still have it and decided to put it out for folks to enjoy. It's a cute little train that would be adorable in any "park" or "playground" setting and it fits adults and kids a like. If you're region is a park or fun ride theme this little gem would work perfectly even if it does just have you going in circles (pun intended). New Item at the mall which you can find in the Kitchen & Dining department. The Spindle Shelf Fireplace comes with sound and working doors for storage. When I got on line this evening and was working at the mall I noticed some of the drawers missing from the dresser, the nightstand and the vanity and I thought WOAH! Did I forget to add them to the set in the box?? but then I realized I had made a boo boo and forgot to reset the scripts after setting the display out not even thinking, of course people are going to test these things to see if they work right! So, my apologies to whomever tried them and experienced the disappearing act that moving objects can do if their scripts are not reset!! I have reset and adjusted them since so they will work correctly. Sooooo, shame faced me, my bad...it's fixed now. Blessings and much love, Lavia.

OOoops I did it again, but this time it's a really good thing!! A complete Bedroom suite "The Rose Queen Bedroom Suite" is textured with fine cherry wood and rose carved draw fronts, door fronts and trim. You will find that all of the drawers and doors work but you'll have to add your own bed animations. There is a 6 drawer dresser with a mirror a full wardrobe, Bed with under bed storage drawers, a night stand and a vanity with mirror and vanity chair. It is full perm so you can retexture the sheet, blankets, pillows or any part that you want to change and modify. You can find it in our Livingroom and Bedroom department at the mall. Just use the Mall Shops Teleport System to get there. Oh boy!! I'm out of control!! LOL Getting a hankering for Summer and thought about a pool I'd love to swim in and this is what I came up with. It's mesh and has animated water and if you get some floaties from Encantada, you can float around on it! Finally completed, though there may be upgraded versions in the future. The Chateau de Marqueur Royal Manor, a creation of my imagination is massive and as over 1500Li, but in open sim I'm told that's a drop in the bucket. Anyway, it has two large royal living chambers that you can decorate as you like, 12 guest or employee rooms each with their own fireplace, and there is ample space for kitchen, dining, library, and a social/ballroom. It has two massive dual sided marble fireplaces that are a little fancy, beautifully carpeted stairs and unique banisters. It also has a huge inground pool shrouded from prying eyes by lightweight curtains. I think you'll find this build enjoyable and fun and it's waiting for you in the Star Jinn Palisade Mall on the Masala Al Kohav region. It's free, and it's full perm. Our newest creation on the grid, the Pineview Townhouse. It has a garage, kitchen, living room on the first floor and Den/Study, bedroom and bathroom on the 2nd floor and a deck on the 2nd floor as well, bay door and window entrance with the same on the 2nd floor. The windows are 3/D not flat texture and there is a lot of nice detail and all only 147 Li. It is full perm copy, modify, transfer though the mesh may make modifying, other than texture, a bit difficult. It is free and waiting to grace your region as a beautiful manor or townhouse. My very first attempt at a fully mesh living room suit. It has a sofa, chair, coffee table, end table and multicolored touch floor lamp that works. The sofa and chair both have sits, just right click the cushion, select sit here and when you sit the menu pops up. The only thing not mesh is the oval area rug for obvious reasons, it's only one prim to start with. The upholstery pattern is "Peacock" and the wood is light walnut. The coffee and end table are brass, glass and wood. I hope you will enjoy this suit for your region as much as I did making it. - Blessings and much love, Lavia

Well, our old TP system died finally with the TP panels going blank and not working for visitors, so I installed another system.
