Main Server Upgrade
Hello everyone, and Happy 2025!

As AviWorlds continues to grow, so does our need for a stronger backend to support it. Over the next few days, we will be performing maintenance on our main server systems, which will impact grid logins, assets, and other grid services.

We anticipate some downtime during this upgrade and will work as quickly as possible to minimize disruptions. We will announce the start of this maintenance here and on Discord.

During this period, logins will be unavailable, and if you are online when the systems go down, you may be disconnected or experience unusual behavior due to the maintenance. Please keep an eye on our News section for updates.

Each year, we do a multi language conference to celebrate all that's good, challenging, and fun about Opensim. This year it will be April 5 and 6... more about that in coming weeks! Along with the speakers and art events in several languages, most of you probably know there's also a big Expo park that opens before the event so you can explore and learn about your fellow opensimmers. Everyone can make a booth for this expo - the deadline of Jan 31 but let Thirza know if you're running late, we'll save you a space!
Many of you (like Bloom Peters, her booth show in in the photo) have already modded the basic Expo Booth, and passed it to Thirza on OSGrid for placement in the park, but if you haven't done so yet, don't delay!

Hello all
Perhaps it is not known for most people here. I would like to introduce something new that is more known or even common for player in new games.
We all know the problem with mesh hair and that flexi hair is not perfect too. If we would have flexi mesh hair then complexity would increase to mio. Much too much. The hair problem is not solved in many games. Even in VRchat the hair problem is not perfectly solved but right now the best solution. For clothes especially coats etc it is the same problem.
But we can also have other solution for clothes. It is not flexi but we could have animesh clothes. It looks almost realistic. Roland Francis created some animesh clothes and here you can see it in video. You get it on his Neiferleaf sim in shop at landing point. Here in this video you can see. It was not meant for showing of animesh clothes, but doesn't matter. Good job Roland!

Hey everyone, hope you are doing fine and had a great start into the new Week!

We just added new skins for female and a new skin for male. We also seperated full outfits from LovelyAmy to Crazyoutfits, wich can be found on 2nd Floor. Some male outfits are allready updated for Gianni & Legacy Meshbodys.

Also a small note about our escalators. Finaly we got them working so no need to walk anymore to the 2nd Floor but be aware that sometimes they will do ther own thing! :P

The Opensim Worlds Fair is coming up for the month of March, and it's huge! In addition to my regular display, I was asked to create a PBR basics tutorial on their Tech area. And this pic was taken on low graphics settings to show that you don't need to have it on ultra for it to look good. I look forward to seeing everyone at the Fair :-)

The 3.9 earthquake in New Hampshire this morning was my fault. i was manifesting. :D I started working on Hobomock the giant last night. He is a deity in Algonquin legend that causes earthquakes and changes the course of rivers. I must have woken him up. :)

We added 58 new Eyes and Freckles & Moles as BoM and for EvoX Heads. It can be found in our Pureface shop on the 2nd Floor.

The Eyes :
- BoM Eyes that should fit for most of Heads
- Hud for each Pack for Sciattisi´s EvoX Heads ( You can toggle between Eyes or use both same color)
- Keymap Texture for each Package

Important : The Hud only works with Sciattisi´s Heads

Freckles and Moles :
All Layers are Tattoo Layers. The face layer should only fit on EvoX.

Next step is to add more Male stuff :)
