OK I wanted to share these two outside the dumps and the crap group too as I did a dump run to share new and old crap. I saw the old fashioned desk on the left first and it got me thinking about how much things have changed in terms of what a desk is and how we use it. So I put together and built some stuff to make the modern desk on the right.

Apologies that there is no sit pose in the old fashioned desk chair. But on the modern desk you can get all the separates in the contents including a wearable headset.

Lunar and Chinese New Year is Wednesday January 29th this year. This year is the Year of the Snake. According to the South China Morning Post "The Snake represents wisdom, knowledge, intelligence, intuition and creativity. Snakes are also associated with good luck, prosperity, fertility and longevity. In some legends, snakes are considered divine messengers and guardians of sacred places. Snakes are also revered for their ability to shed their skin and renew themselves, symbolising transformation and rebirth." There are a few New Year gifts in the Lucky Dragon to be found. There's always a new calendar and this year there's a little plant as well as of course red envelopes and the other goodies. Almost everything in the restaurant, including the restaurant itself is free to copy/buy for 0. So if you'd like a Lucky Dragon for your own little town, assume it's a chain and enjoy. The doors are separates and because of the nature of the mesh building base the kitchen doors are a little trick so grab both sides. You click to sit and end up on a poseball on each side to get through. Happy Year of the Snake!

As we step into a new year, I want to take a moment to reflect and share something from the heart. For me, every project, every collaboration, and every goal is deeply important. I approach them with care and a genuine desire to help them succeed.

Sometimes, in critiquing or offering suggestions, my words might be misunderstood. I know that criticism can be hurtful, but please know it is never my intention to harm or discourage. My aim is always to help sharpen focus, highlight what works, and guide positive change.

I understand that some may find me strict or perhaps even overly passionate at times, but that intensity comes from love—love for what I do and for the people I work alongside. It’s my hope that this energy inspires growth, understanding, and progress.

As we begin this year, I hope for open hearts, understanding minds, and a shared determination to make this year better than the last. Thank you for being part of my journey, and I look forward to all we will achieve together.

Sometimes when you start to build you think, I don't think I can ever do this. But as you build, it begins to come alive and you're inspired and encouraged and it becomes a work of love. I have a love for ancient cultures and their architecture and customs and Japan is one of my favorites. A culture rich in traditions, customs, values and beliefs that are the heartbeat of the nation still today. This is Morisato Palace, Morisato means "flowing with or full of wisdom". It will be the central build of a new Japanese region I'm working on. When it's ready I'll put out a beacon and open the gates. This is my latest build and I think one of my personal favorites, a one room luxury cabin with a raised floor for the Kitchen Area, high rise ceilings with large open front, back and side windows to let in all that beautiful sunlight and to just enjoy nature while snuggling next to the built in fireplace. It has carved wooden doors and decorative shutters and simple 4 pane windows and log door frames. This cabin would be gorgeous in any forested or mountainous setting. It is partial mesh but it can be retextured and it is copy, mod, transfer; it has a land impact of 34 including the doors and built in fireplace that has a warm crackling fire going. It's here at Masala Al Kohav Mall and it's waiting just for you to help you beautify your region. Blessings and much love, Lavia.

I took some time out today to visit Soda's Avedon Park, and Avedon South. Once you arrive, you'll find it nearly impossible to leave, as the allure of this enchanting place leaves an indelible mark on your heart. I found a perfect spot where I chilled a bit, it just feels like home here. Nice work Soda :)
