It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of one of our long time grid members Trizzy Hunter. All of us at Virtual Beach are devastated and sadden by this news, please bare with us while we grieve.

If you knew Trizzy or visited one of her many regions, you knew how much work she put into them. She took time to create stores and such for all to love. Trizzy was a great friend to all who knew her as well as helping someone in world when they needed it. She helped me a lot when i messed up my terrain or needed something in world. She will be truly missed.

Trizzy's memory will live on forever at Virtual Beach, please continue to honor her legacy by visiting one of her many regions listed below that is open all year long.

I have seen many discussions here become very toxic recently because people are focused on how we are all different. I love how we all are different, but we also have some common similarities; the most obvious is that we are all people behind the pixels.

Sometimes in life and Opensim, it is much easier to tear a person down than to build them up. Let's make the extra effort and support eachother!

My sweet elderly neighbor had a long visit with me. She talked about her life and things She has done. She used to work for MTV in New York and met a lot of famous people. But She is very wise and a great friend. Today She told me that when you feel like things are getting to you just to remember, it's up to you if you let them. You don't have to. You never have to give in to bad people or even get upset by them. So when people on the internet make you angry, it's b/c you choose to let them. You read what they wrote and decided to have that particular reaction to their typed writing. You don't have to do that. It's like Dr. Wayne Dyer says, "Some people have a remote control on their shirt sleeve, they are having a great day or whatever, and someone comes in and takes the remote and pushes their buttons. Someone else controls them. Where previously they were happy and having a great day, now they are angry and upset. So don't let people take your control."

No ideal individuals were being prohibited from Dallas. When I checked my email this morning, I saw that someone had been blocked. Listen, I don't ban anyone. The only reason I do so is if they treat me disrespectfully. In that case, I'm unable to communicate with you, so I say goodbye. I only ask that you talk to me if you have problems with me and not criticize me behind my back if you don't know me. Hell, even though I don't do what I do for myself, I still do it because I enjoy being active, if not for myself in real life. In any case, I prefer to see others happy. Have fun and happy holidays! When I started using OpenSim, I remember that people greeted and helped each other. It's an open sim with too much squabbling, rumors about who took what, and so forth! If you ban me, I won't lose any sleep.
Since I've met more individuals here than I have in my 20 years in Second Life, we make a lot of things here rather than bringing them over. As I mentioned, I felt that people were more considerate and grateful when I first started OpenSim. What is going on? :(

We have created a new sidewalk and made the textures for it, as fall claims us. 6 different textures and leaves as well, and a board to make your signs in your path. We have added some streetlights our not our

Howdy folks!!! One of our new grid members wanted a house that was very open, so with that thought in mind I created this house for her, however I'm making it available to anyone who would like it. This house features a built in fireplace, split levels, spiral stairs, decks, recessed ceiling lights (touch light), sliding doors and a carport. The build is pretty much all prim so it will be easy to modify and the mesh parts can be resized and re textured to your liking. It is full perm and free here at our mall, stop by and check it out. The planning is well on its way for WolfTEC Educational Conference 1.0 (with much more clever names being considered). More details on the schedule will be announced very soon.

This year will mark the first year of the WolfTEC Learning Conference 1.0 in Wolf Territories, coming Dec 14-15. We will be hosting a variety of events at a variety of locations designed for educational experiences! We are looking for the following:
- Poster Sessions (templates and assistance provided)
- Speakers (30-45 min) (Assistance with presentation slides and posters provided)
- Interactive workshops (Curriculum and media support, coaching provided, assisted with facilitation)

The conference starts @ 9 am grid time each morning, with the poster sessions on the first two hours of each morning.
There will be sessions throughout the day, with a 45 min break in between morning and afternoon.

The conference will end each day by 4 pm grid time, following by social / networking hours and/or parties.

Specific time slots will be put in at a later date.

Sometimes when you start to build you think, I don't think I can ever do this. But as you build, it begins to come alive and you're inspired and encouraged and it becomes a work of love. I have a love for ancient cultures and their architecture and customs and Japan is one of my favorites. A culture rich in traditions, customs, values and beliefs that are the heartbeat of the nation still today. This is Morisato Palace, Morisato means "flowing with or full of wisdom". It will be the central build of a new Japanese region I'm working on. When it's ready I'll put out a beacon and open the gates. Want your own doomsday server? Imagine having all of wikipedia downloaded to a hard drive with a program that can search and display articles. Kiwix for desktop (freeware) can do it. It even has download links under 'All Files' to d/l the wikipedia database for you making it painless. Not only that but you can download a bunch of other wiki's too. Imagine having maps of the world. Or a doomsday prep wiki. TedTalk videos. Audio books wiki. etc.

After many requests, I've added a new Egyptian area to my store Lunaria Emporium on Wolf Territories Grid. Most of the large items are ready, except for the pyramid club which is nearly done. There are a few smaller items ready but there will be many more of those to come and some will be free. Click the Egyptian sign in the lobby to teleport there.

After building the glass house, it gave me an idea, a log home. This log home is partial mesh and partial prim the mesh is modifiable only in that you can re texture it. It has large glass windows to provide a beautiful view, a built in fireplace, cedar and tile floors, spiral steps, carved wood doors and stain glass windows and beautifully carved wood baluster for the kitchen area and a acacia wood and stained glass baluster for the loft. It's a home I could live in for sure. It's full perm and free here at the mall and you will find it next to the "Ancient Builds" which is listed on the Kiosk Teleporter.
