Take your time to explore this unique, one-of-a-kind build. Except for one or three, all the buildings in the town were built by me over time, across several grids I have called home at one time or another.

Thank the Gods for suitcases and transfer abilities so I didn't lose my creations! Grids come and go so protect your assets!! You won’t find cookie-cutter buildings here that you see everywhere else. Some were built with a plan and some had Magic infused in them because I had no idea where I was going with it, I just started throwing down prims and hoped for the best! :)

Anyway, if you have some time and enjoy new experiences, come explore the town and see what treasures are inside the shops. Most items are free to copy including many of my original creations. There is a Magik Shop that is a must-see! The movie theater (not my build) has a working screen to watch movies that I did make. Good for a Date Night!

The 50-60s Shell Station is an old build and I had to make most of the textures for it, so that may be of interest to check out. Be sure and explore the Cathedral of the Ancients and the Robotics office building across from it. Don’t cam, walk inside, enjoy exploring. Hear the sounds.

To relax, have a drink at one of several bars in town with your friends and listen to the sounds of the town..or hit play on the music. I highly recommend Charlie's Bar, but don't bring a crowd as it is a hole-in-the-wall sort of joint. Literally.

I found the Industrial part of town a bit of a challenge. It was fun to make most of the buildings and you want to have your sound up as there is a lot going on in that part of town! I think it was harder for me to build as I am the least familiar with that sort of industry. Plus “stuff” isn’t as easy to find. Let me know what you think.

If you have not been to The Land Of Xzar, why not? Today I am suggesting (and inviting) everyone who cares to visit, to check out Devil's Fork. But the land has so much much more for you to discover...

The underlying message of too many big social media sites these days is "stop talking and start buying." The community these sites have fostered are being exploited for profit. Fortunately that isn't happening in OS. In fact, in contrast to big social media, we have a place in OS where the message is "stop buying but keep up the conversation."

That place is the Oni Kiri Tribute Region. There is nothing to buy there. But there is the opportunity to hang out with people from the community of Adachi fans and ex-residents of the CopyKat Grid. They are pretty much all like Oni. Helpful. Kind. Sharing. Adachi is an area of Tokyo, Japan - a place Oni has a deep connection to. Oni opened the first Adachi in OS eleven years ago. In 2020, Oni opened the CopyKat Grid, with the Adachi regions at it's core. CopyKat quickly became the #2 destination in OS. Why? Well, just look at the glowing comments people made about Oni when I posted about his retirement.

After Oni's retirement, he gave ownership of the Adachi OARs to Maurice, a member of the CopyKat Collective. We are reopening Adachi again to shoppers within a week. See you at there soon!

When I think of Rudi and Nasti the first memories I have of them have always been incredibly supportive and encouraging from the moment I met them. With the news of Rudi's passing, I felt an immediate loss to our community, I cannot imagine how difficult this is for Nasti. I had a few requests for the Peace for Ukraine pendant - they wanted to 3d print it and wear it in the real world. This is a good idea because I was manufacturing these to sell but 3d printing is much more reasonably priced. What cost me 800 USD to manufacture you can get similar quality at Shapeways or Sculpteo for 50 USD or less depending on the materials you use. So I decided to make the .dae file reasonably priced so that you can have it 3d printed as you wish and wear it in the real world. You can also upload it inworld and wear it too. Hey, That's Not My Profile Picture!
Well, it is now! At least for use on my regions' visitor boards. The boards ordinarily show the profile pictures of the last two visitors. But if someone doesn't have a profile picture, an extra special one shows up on the boards. Now, if you would like help getting an authentic profile picture, let me know. In the mean time, your profile picture on Xinashi is going to be pretty darn goofy.

Upgraded the horse rezzer script from the popular NPC horse rezzer to an "All-in-One" Animesh Horse Rezzer, with a load of features in the animesh horse.
Tip: to avoid the horse from dying, remove the "animesh horse rez" script, and have it roam around an area of your region or parcel, follow other horses, and other options.

One of the major benefits of the animesh horse is that it can cross regions (if allowed by the sim owner).
When you own the animesh horse, you can wear it an teleport around.
