I really can not understand the hate speech about SL. I like both SL and OpenSim
like(9)
i agree with you and i am still of the opinion that these people are so incapable to the point of denigrating the grid where they are currently registered to steal even demos as many do and also felix of arkahm , just to make themselves look good , to say come to me and pay me for something i am not capable of

I am so tired of this hate speech towards SL. I really can understand people that go back to SL because they cant stand this drama here any longer! Fights, jealousy, one does not even begrudge the other the butter on the bread.

unfortunately i know what you mean, i never ever badmouth sl as opposed to here .all the shit that sl banned in my opinion is found here and those who double face, poker face

Honestly, I have not seen ANY of the SL shit in OS. The only thing that is a constant in both is DRAMA.

then you are blind or pretend to be blind and you are a hypocrite

SO FIRST GET OUT OF HERE BECAUSE YOU'RE WRONG, AND THEN MY ANSWER WAS AIMED AT THE FACT THAT YOU ARE FIRMLY CONVINCED THAT YOU DON'T SEE ANY COPYBOT HERE ON OPENSIM THEN YOU NEED GLASSES

If this is only about copybot items, then yes you are correct. It was my assumption that this was about the people and issues that go on in SL are the same that go on here in OS. Copybot from SL in OS, YES, uneducated and emotionally disturbed avatar attacks in OS, No. I hope this clears up any misunderstanding.

Nah, I am much more observant and possess wisdom enough to know most of everything in my surroundings. SL contains the masses of uneducated, ignorant and emotionally disturbed immature simpletons. If OS possessed even 10% of that, I would not be here discussing this with you or on OS anymore. My level of tolerance to their intolerance has been exceeded. So incorrect presumption that I am blind or a hypocrite.

Not only a pitty that helpful oni will retire , ( I never know if she was the right hand of this arkham guy or not but I liked her).. another unique shopping experience with awesome stuff will be gone. Another big player that fighted for "sharing is caring" is gone!

I remember her very well. I knew her from SL and her places here in open sim. Always helpful with stuff and helpful with /in explaining technical things.. "Thomas..what do you need today" she often said with a smile icon at the end, " I bet you can use this, and this and that..". And I always got back with a full shopping bag with items. she was someone who gave from the heart without asking for anything in return. (Not like so many others!) I really miss conversations with her.

your Charleston church is still the best church I found so far . As a lot people know it is inherent part of my winter/christmas sim. Still love your creation/s.

It's scary to see how abusive some people can get when you have a different opinion.
That's why I keep myself out of such a topic. I prefer to think my part about all of this

Also ich finde das schon mittlerweile unverschämt was du hier schreibst.

This is what a guy called Fellrebe 544 in "Giga" wrote about SL. you can transfer it to opensim too I think he nailed it:
Second Life ist definitiv kein "Spiel".
Last not least ist Second Life für viele Nutze heilsam.

I am for sure not a party animal! And I am german!!! And Gothic/Metal/Rave is for sure not my thing!!! But I enjoy shows with good live singers who can interact with the audience very much and that since 2007 ! PS: And if you make rough jokes on a US sim they like it and throw the ball back to someone, but if you do this on a german sim they are mostly pissed off and feel attacked!

Can you tell me, why i need an age verification check to watch this video? I s it so adult?
That's a Youtube thing we don't control. Best guess is because some of the avatars in the video are scantily dressed?

wrong, on the youtube side it is said that it was the uploaders decisision..
You would need to take that up with the person who uploaded it, since I didn't create it, just shared it. I only created the venue. Not sure why this is an issue if you're an adult.

i dont know, they want an adult verification..with passport and so on..but i dont do this and give my datas away to youtube and google... perhaps share something that all can watch

a real life movement without Internetconnection for about 3 days. Now it is open again. You should read the posts I make and not wildly post something that was already explained in the post!
