It's finally completed, the Lavine Mansion!! Inspired by a wonderful friend and amazing builder/creator/designer Koshari Mahana, I decided to create my own mansion borrowing a few ideas from one of her builds. This mansion has all the charm of the Victorian Era, with downright "royal" beauty. It has a huge kitchen area, dining area, study or Livingroom and a sunroom or garden room washroom/bathroom on the first floor, the 2nd floor boasts 5 bedrooms and a large bathroom, the 3rd floor has 4 guest rooms or dorms for visitors and the 4th floor is all attic space. You really have to see this beauty to appreciate the time, effort and detail put into it. It's only drawback is it has a land impact of 812, but it's worth every bit of it. There is one small porch on the front for the 2nd floor and two much larger porches on the back of the house for the 1st floor and 2nd floor. Stop by and check it out, it is on the 1st level of the mall grounds just below the fantasy floating homes. It's full perm and free for any who would like it. Blessings and much love, Lavia.

Here is a parking garage for your town or city. The arms raise to allow entrance. The top part is faux so only the bottom floor is accessible but you get the look of a full parking garage without all the prims. (40 prims total, without cars.) The cars inside, you should be able to copy if you wish. You can find it where the industrial buildings are. Thanks for stopping by.

I catch the 3HG Studios bus today and my driver is this cool, magical troll-like guy with huge feet straddling the gas and brake pedals. He flashes this wild-eyed grin and shouts, “Get in and buckle up!”

Before I can even find my seat, he’s spinning the bus out of control and diving straight into the ocean. We’re cruising underwater, octopuses scattering as we zoom past. Unfortunately, I have to announce that our grid will be offline for an indefinite period of time. I haven't had time to go online for a while and it just doesn't make sense to keep the server running, it uses up electricity, etc. The grid and the osw page will remain, it will just be offline until I have more time again. This photo is unretouched, taken using the new midday setting. To see it this way in world, use the latest Firestorm viewer 7.1.11 then activate the left-side mirror options in the graphics settings. Original gold textures will be seen if using the older FS 6.6.17 viewer and I recommend using shared environment in that case, since the old default midday will yield the poorest results.

Lydia Deetz, our enigmatic NPC, vanished in a burst of dark energy, her form dissolving as if swallowed by the shadows she had always been so drawn to. But the darkness was not her end—it was a gateway. Moments later, she reappeared in a different realm, her eyes filled with the knowledge of the in-between, her spirit rekindled. She lived again, more attuned to the strange and supernatural, with a deeper understanding of the secrets that only death and rebirth could reveal. Is it possible for an NPC to teleport? Yes but the true question is how did Lydia make her way to the door that visits God and gives her life? Ferd went to that door last night to teleport down to main sim and it was "stuck" so he investigated to see that our dear Lydia was there in the coffin alive again and stuck there in the coffin. When he reset her the teleport worked again. We have a true paranormal event that happened here Mwaaahaaha because I only placed this NPC in Beetlegeuse house and the Coffee shop. We are actually being haunted by Lydia how cool is that? 👁️👁️

It's a very surreal experience visiting 'Wednesday at Midnight' at Marianna's grid: http://three.hills.grid.outworldz.net:8002. There are lots of ways to die when exploring there, but all of them are fun. You can get killed by worms, stabbed, and drowned or just walk in still alive if you find the chalk circles to explore the Neitherworld (pictured) . There is a way back to the living world, too. Just stop groveling at the end of the hallway.

The second phase of the Egyptian Display area at Lunaria Emporium is now open, which includes the smaller items such as statues, columns, flora, and the small temple. Some of the items are free and full perm. The third phase will be the completion of the pyramid that's there.
