Find the tp to the Skyboxes at the TP Board. Fly up, choose one, rent at the rental box on the very top of the box. Be sure to landmark the inside, its a bit tricky to get in there :D Don't forget your Residences Group Tag at Arrival ...

The composite Cottage and Southern Kitchen is the best I have found in Opensim recently for working kitchens.

Some are more beautiful, but sadly, just for looks. This one actually has some good poses, and the best coffee maker I know of (the All You Need Is Love coffeemaker!).
I take this as a bundled set for my homes, be sure to get the coffeemaker in there! :)

The E Grid is down for the weekend, for routine maintenance! It will return Monday morning :)

Two things regarding rezzing and scripts:
1. We've been having some issues with tenants and guests running scripts on the regions, including not being able to use the eating or drinking animations for our many scripted dining tables or goodies tables, as well as other script issues - such as poses for drinking coffee or smoking etc.
We believe we have fixed these issues on the E Grid and the Roleplay Grid both now. Hopefully!
2. The assets are being backed up on the Roleplay Grid server, so that may be causing temp issues with rezzing items.
Be sure you have the Residents group active, for E Grid and TRG.
