I'm a strong independent woman. Some would say I'm a bitch but I really don't give a crap what they think they are irrelevant in my life. I have no time for BS so save it, I don't need your platitudes, don't want your flattery, and for God's sake don't try to save me from my low self esteem because it just doesn't exist. Oh, and one more thing, don't mistake my benevolence for weakness or stupidity - I can pick a "player" out in less than 5 seconds of conversation.
My Interests
Wild life, friends, music and anything to do with "Space" and the universe. Intelligent conversation is an important thing for me as is logic. Loyalty is also important to me as is honesty.

This memorial is for little "Gracie". If you want to shed a few tears while you're building something, just do a memorial for a baby. This precious little buddy was just a year old plus a few days, when she crossed over and her Grandmother asked me to do a memorial for her. This was not an avatar, this was a real life granddaughter and I can't begin to imagine the depth of the loss felt by the family. I hope this helps bring them some comfort and peace. Well things are pretty much back to normal at the Haven and it's open to anybody who would like to visit there. Check out our grid, the Genesis Role Play Grid. We offer structured role play at it's finest and as a role player you can take on multiple characters as you show you can handle it. The story line is already defined, so a part in it is much like being cast in a movie and our director is Metal Tango. We've recently relaxed the Plymouth Crucible so people can visit and see what the story and RP is all about. I can tell you there is nothing I like more than a long running story line that has a good story to tell. It includes vampires, witches, werewolves and more but not in any traditional sense and nobody is a "superhero", nobody is "indestructible" - isn't that a neat idea, villains and heroes with weaknesses and faults. Come to the Plymouth Crucible and check it out but, be aware there is a maze you must get through to get to the town and it's tricky, one wrong answer and...... Our beautiful Star Jinn Palisade Mall! It's not got as much as we'd like, but very nearly all of what you see on display are our original builds created with the open sim community in mind. Come and visit and explore a mall with a unique touch and design - all outdoor except the specialty shops. Our featured shops are GramZ's Country Creations, Star Ravenhurst Designs (She has a specialty shop and large section of buildings that are a must see), Fall's For You specialty shop of unique avatars, youth avatars and clothing, cleaned up and presented by our own Dusty Falls. Buildings that are "Thor" built and much more. It's best to explore the entire mall (region) rather than just stand at the welcome point and cam. My own little shop in the Star Jinn Palisade Mall features a full kitchen set with working dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, sink with water off and on. The fridge gives glasses of cold water though I may need to upgrade the script so it animates the avatar to drink the water.... :D. You'll find complete living room suits, lamps and even a complete set of dishes for on the dinner table. The Dinette set chairs have sits though no animation to eat, I'm sure eventually I'll get around to that. Our Patio & Deck Furniture n Décor section features our original builds including patio/beach/deck tables with umbrellas and chairs, fountains and the tree bench. Our Building Supplies department at the Star Jinn Palisade Mall! We have regular doors, sliding doors, interior and exterior doors, screen doors and doors with windows. We have stone wall sections both straight and curved and windows of various kinds, regular, fancy and bay windows. There are various door frames, fancy, modern, fantasy and arched and we even have a fancy mesh elven arch. We also have various pillar styles that you might like. New adventure for me making dishes and cutlery. Here we have my spring violet table set and everything is modifiable, copyable, transferrable. This is a pretty complete set but you have to see it to appreciate it. You can find it in my little shop at the Mall. A friend asked me if I had a tree bench, you know the kind that circles a tree so you can relax in the shade? Well no I didn't have one so I built one, complete with sits enough for 8 people. This Fantasy Manor is beautifully done and very detailed. It's based on the four seasons and includes a large courtyard ripe for decorating to your likes. The inside has a beautifully designed and detailed fireplace and large kitchen area and plenty of room on the next 3 floors up for whatever your heart desires including a room already textured for a bathroom. This Fantasy Castle Manor would be a great addition to any medieval or fantasy sim. An Open Sim original build by one of many talented builders on the genesis roleplay grid. Well I'm finally able to get on again but it's sketchy! Graphics are still really messed up at times, but after a clean install of an older version of Firestorm, it appears to be partially cooperating. This means I can get back to building at least and so, to celebrate, I've made this "Heart Bed" since Valentine's day is coming up. It's not scripted "yet" but will be eventually. However if you'd like to get a copy and script it to your liking, you can find it at the Star Jinn Palisade Mall in our Masala Al Kohav region. On the brighter side!! Wicker Globe Ceiling Lights for anywhere in your house. They are totally copiable, modifiable and transferable for the next owner. Just touch the attached light switch and you have high, medium and low light settings, the 4th touch turns them off. The light switch can be manipulated in "edit select" to be on any wall you like it. Once you have it the way you want it simply touch and enjoy the warmth of the light. Blessings and much love, Lavia

Expanding the collection of Livingroom Suites this one is done in leopard print, faux of course, with polished black wood and touch lamps and an oval area rug. I'll be working on fireplaces and hopefully, eventually, flower arrangements and candles for the coffee and end tables, for now it's just the furniture. Stop in and see, as I have several that I will be putting out over the next few days.

Nothing beats a warm cozy fire on a cold winter's day, or even just to relax by or for some to get all romantic with. Whatever your desire, this fireplace is the ticket. It is designed to service 2 rooms at once with openings on both sides and it comes complete all you need to do is set it out and you've got your fireplace, logs, and even fire and sound (Thanks to Light and Sound Museum). My very first attempt at a fully mesh living room suit. It has a sofa, chair, coffee table, end table and multicolored touch floor lamp that works. The sofa and chair both have sits, just right click the cushion, select sit here and when you sit the menu pops up. The only thing not mesh is the oval area rug for obvious reasons, it's only one prim to start with. The upholstery pattern is "Peacock" and the wood is light walnut. The coffee and end table are brass, glass and wood. I hope you will enjoy this suit for your region as much as I did making it. - Blessings and much love, Lavia
Inspired by the very moving Viet Nam wall in Washington DC, this is my latest creation at Haven of Memories. This wall is dedicated to those who we loved but do not have pictures or a lot of information about, like date of birth or passing, perhaps all you had was a username or role playing name and what year they passed, just send me a message and I will add their information to the wall. As long as they are remembered they live on in our hearts. You can come visit them any time you wish and perhaps visit and pay respects to the others who are memorialized here. Just finished this "Stairway to Heaven" fountain which is located in Haven of Memories memorial gardens and I hope to add a couple more Memorial tributes. This sweet lady was Jackie, Softwhisper Littlewing who was a DJ I got to know in Second Life and she was amazing and so much fun. We lost Jackie in 2020 to cancer and she will be forever missed and loved. I designed this memorial to her as a DJ she so loved music and dance.
This is the podium where any speaker my stand during the course of a memorial service and we can hold in our hearts that we will see them again at the rainbow bridge.

Just an additional 360 of the region there is so much beauty to see and we welcome all who would like to come and reflect, meditate and hold vigil for loved ones and to place a memorial to a loved one from real life or virtual. Together we can heal.
My latest build - Lavine Manor House - it has areas for a Kitchen, a Diningroom, a Livingroom and Entry room on the 1st floor, the 2nd floor is one large room which can be used for a large family room, game room or whatever your pleasure is and the 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 private bathrooms. It does not come furnished so you can have fun shopping to furnish it to your own tastes. This home has specially designed windows that really do not need curtains or drapes, sliding front and back doors and cedar paneling. The stairwell is large, open and allows one to enjoy their surrounding scenery. I very much enjoyed building it and I hope you will enjoy living in it! In light of all the complaining about "copybotting" we have decided to give a "Builder's School" a shot, but this is strictly for beginners. If you are a seasoned builder it's not for you, however, if you'd like to share tips and building ideas to help other's become awesome builders it would be most welcome. If we get enough interest, we will set out a region and beacon and set up a day of the week when we can help teach building all manner of things from homes to hats and more. If you are interested in learning to build and give your grid original and unique content, these classes may just be for you. We will be teaching not only prim building, but how to turn that into mesh and also terraforming and landscaping as well as texture aligning and including many tips that make building in Open Sim a really "FUN" experience. We are back up and open for visitors, though there is still a LOT of work to do, for now the museum is completed and even has a short video you can watch about the endangered Forest Elephant of Africa. There are some animals, not as many as before but they will be restored over the next few days. There is a lot of landscaping done but much more to do to make it a beautiful trip for visitors.
