What version of OpenSim have you experienced this on, and was it using fsassets, CyberGlo? Yeti 0.9.2.2 prior to 15 July 2022 has an issue with fsassets ( http://opensimulator.org/mantis/view.php?id=9015 ), which I can imagine might result in this behaviour if the assets are cached but never stored to the asset store. Have you/can you file a mantis with details?
