Diamond Style, Wetherbys, Dolce Cleo and others do not have noob items. There is only one store there that sells lower end items for very low price since some people cannot afford much. Consider your wish granted, with sugar on it.

Yes Island Oasis is running on the open simulator platform
Island Oasis grid regions and meny resident regions are also Hypergrid enabled. Here in this virtual world the residents who BUY a region can decide if they are accessible to HG travelers or not. But the grid is mostly HG.
