IMAGE is a highly configurable, drop-in game engine for OpenSim 0.9x. Built on 0.9.2.1 YETI, Linux mono using clean LSL code which should run well regardless of which engine you selected. We choose XEngine for stability, longevity and forward compatibility. The design is SIMPLE, no messy note-cards, everything is commented in the scripts.


This is a SELF SUPPORT model. Everything you need to run IMAGE in your region is included. read everything, including the scripts. The software is comprehensive, feel free to ignore this directive at your own peril. This is not a support desk, you must posses the necessary building, scripting and reading comprehension skills to adjust this game system to your region. IMAGE is Simple in design, not easy. This is not a game you drop in your parcel and play. You need Operator level competency to install this.


Whether you build this from scratch or you bring home a copy of our OFFICIAL stress test machine, you will have a customization experience like none other. After setting your preferences in the code and polish it up with some nice graphics and NPCs, you will have a game with your own lore, your own monsters, your music, your rules and there is so much more planned for this system. IMAGE was made to make OPENSIM FUN AGAIN!

As the originator of this software I get to choose how I will share it and I am under no obligation to assist areas which deny me access. *Scoreboard needs improvement, works fine for small game sessions - Game handled well with 17+ avatars in the arena. Patches forthcoming.


This code set includes documentation given to HGSafari testers as a path to refactoring an existing build, this better details the construction of the game machine itself and has other benefits for taking the time to read it.
