In these End Times seems everyone has some rationale for dismissing Heaven, Hell, and even Eternity. Let's see what Gods' Word has to tell us.
We all do it. We ask it in, make it comfortable, feed it, and then excuse it's behaviour.
Not to give away too much - we should join our local church to use our spiritual gifts, to learn more about Jesus, to be held accountable and receive help in our spiritual walk, and to serve others and the community-- and like the cheesy tv ads "And there's More!" :P
"To have a newfound understanding of a topic or concept. The teacher spent extra time going over the material in class because she wanted her students to get a grip on the subject matter before they took the exam." And it's ok if you wanna hum the Aerosmith version, just keep it low :P
I'm sure we've all made deals we regret now. Today we look at some horrible deals, and how to make a great deal that matters.
The distinguishing mark of the Christian life is to live by faith. Instead of being changed by the world, the Christian is changed by Christ and then changes the world.

Adversity is not simply a tool. It is God's most effective tool for the advancement of our spiritual lives. The circumstances and events that we see as setbacks are oftentimes the very things that launch us into periods of intense spiritual growth. Sometimes, as the band Nazareth put so eloquently - "Love hurts".
When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come to pass: “Death has been swallowed up in victory.“Where, O Death, is your victory? Where, O Death, is your sting?”
