DJ Kith from Wyldwood Bayou will be spinning the music from female musicians over several decades, 70s-90s in honor of women in Open Sim.
My exhibit consists of portraits I have taken of women who have contributed to Open Sim in significant ways, entitled, "Sculpting Prims: Female Visionaries In Open Sim." This exhibit is to honor and acknowledge the work of women that often goes unnoticed and shine a light on their many accomplishments.
My exhibit is only a part of the opening as we also have several talented artists exhibiting their work you don't want to miss.

Well with the way Open Sim has been acting the last few days I kind of felt like going on the war path, so to reduce my stress I built these working Native Drums. You can add a pose ball and have your avatar play the drum or you can just touch and listen to an authentic Shaman chant with drum and flute in one drum and just drum in the other. They are touch activated and touch deactivated and they are depicted as made of Walnut or maple wood, buck skin, buffalo horns and feathers. These will make a great decoration or a great addition to any "wild west" setting. They are full perm and free and you can find them at the mall in "Lavia's Little Corner". The bottom is the same fit as the Perky or Regular versions, however the top is designed for those women that enjoy supple breast. Yesterday I woke up really early and did couple of hours of work, and passed out on my keyboard. When I looked again and peeked at my screen there was a message from @JoeBuilder with this beautiful Kimono gift, I am sorry I missed you Joe thank you for stopping by and sharing this lovely Kimono. I had been trying for awhile to rig a Kimono but I cannot get the sleeves just right and really wanted a nice mesh Kimono, this gift is very much appreciated. Thank you!

On April 9th, the Board of Directors convened and resolved to augment its membership by two individuals, thereby ensuring a quorum. Subsequently, it was unanimously decided to extend membership offers to Unadecal Masala and Roland Francis. I am pleased to confirm that both candidates graciously accepted, and on April 11th, our inaugural board meeting took place, yielding fruitful outcomes.

The newly appointed board members will undertake pivotal responsibilities, including reviewing and adjudicating art submissions, voting on prospective projects, and contributing to strategic decisions concerning the gallery's operations. Additionally, they will engage in various board-related duties.

To foster creativity, we are excited to announce the integration of a dedicated workspace within the gallery premises, facilitated by a small sim. This space will serve as a collaborative hub for artists, providing an opportunity for mutual encouragement, support, and artistic synergy within the Open Sim community.

We extend heartfelt congratulations to Una and Roland on their appointments. Your expertise and commitment will undoubtedly enrich our board, and we eagerly anticipate your contributions.
