if you have firewall and you are grid owner copy all ip address that she login through hg i have hardware router/firewall i can do drop all incoming ip that she had, she wont know i her block until her she try to hg. but mac address is registered on blacklisted access. so if i see more different ip it will be added to my firewall, if you want ask me in pm.
another things register throu grid web site, ignored the one she sign up. that way u taking awhile to let her on. but dont do let her on. if you have able to block ip do it

we have put things in place to stop her from coming back. good advice u gave tho, ill pass it along.

Thank you for offer, but I don't need another avatar :-) I own 2 grids, that's plenty to keep me busy :-)
