Hello Lorna.
Creating is an outlet for me, most of the subjects I work on are based on my own experience. I suffer from endometriosis, I started to create this piece when in extreme pain.
I think it's important to work around this subject to put this disease in light because it's been ignored for too many years and there are still a work to do for women to be recognized and listened.
The more books, drawings, movies, art, whatever on the subject the better...!
